Individual Therapy

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, individual therapy is a space for you to explore what’s present — gently and at your own pace. I support you in:

  • Cultivating deeper self-awareness and self-trust

  • Releasing patterns that no longer serve you

  • Tending to inner parts that feel wounded, overwhelmed, or unheard

  • Reconnecting with your body, intuition, and sense of purpose

Couple Therapy

Relationships can be a source of deep love — and deep challenges and growth. Whether you're longing to reconnect, navigate conflict more skillfully, or deepen intimacy, couple therapy offers a space to slow down, listen, and relate with more honesty and care.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Improve communication and emotional connection

  • Understand and transform stuck relational patterns

  • Heal ruptures and rebuild trust

  • Learn to hold each other’s differences with compassion

How I work

Client-Centered & Collaborative

I believe that you are the expert of your experiences. I’m here to walk alongside you to support, reflect, and co-create a therapeutic space that works for your personal journey of discovery and process.

Holistic and Integrative

I consider the whole of you — your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spiritual self. Our work may include a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts work, depending on what feels supportive for you.

Trauma-Informed

I recognize that all clients may have a history of trauma. I honor your pacing, and when ready, I approach from a place of curiosity, asking “what happened to you” rather than “what’s wrong with you.

Culturally & Socially Conscious

I recognize that our identities and social locations impact our experiences of the world, and I welcome the full complexity of your lived experience — your culture, race, gender, sexual orientation, body, history, relationships, and beliefs. I approach with curiosity and care, not assumptions.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You have the right to receive your Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
