Deborah Oh, MA
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hi, I’m Deborah (she/they), and I came to this work through my own lived experiences of navigating inner conflict, perfectionism, existential questions, and not feeling “enough.” I know how lonely it can feel to carry parts of yourself that the world doesn't easily make space for — and how healing it can be to have someone truly witness you. Therapy was one of the first places where I felt that kind of presence, and it helped me begin to trust my inner voice, soften around the parts I’d long pushed away, and reconnect with what had always been whole in me.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in deep respect for your unique story and inner wisdom. I draw from parts work, somatic practices, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and multicultural frameworks — always adapting to what you need. I bring my full self into this work: my curiosity, my calm, my intuition.
I understand that our emotional pain doesn’t exist in a vacuum — it’s shaped by our cultural and social context. I welcome diversity of all kinds, and I strive to offer a space where all of who you are is welcome, honored, and held with care.
Outside of therapy, I find grounding in my movement and creative practices, the places where I am able to reconnect to my own wholeness.
